Abuse comes in many forms, and whether it was physical, mental or emotional, the deep energetic imprints are within you. These energetic memories and imprints influence your entire being.
It's possible that energetic suppression of this traumatic memory was the only way to help you survive and go forward with your life in any possible way.
When the energy of a traumatic experience is suppressed as an energy imprint into the human energy field it shapes how you see the world and how the world sees you. Furthermore, if left un-cleared, this energy can attract more of the same or similar situations or persons into your life, making it more likely that the hurt will recur in the future.
By clearing these energetic memories, imprints and patterns, we can effectively work to limit future hurt.
